Information reaching the news desk of MediaOrchid from a developing story reveals President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended Hadiza Bala Usman as the managing director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA)
According to sources, Hadiza Bala Usman who was appointed as DG of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) in 2016 and has repeatedly propagated her reform policies that sought to redirect the organisation, which is one of the top revenue-generating entities of the Nigerian government has been replaced by, the director of finance Mohammed Koko
When contacted by a news agency Peoples Gazette, Ms Usman said that she was aware of her suspension from office, but stressed that she is yet to receive any formal communication to that effect from the Ministry of Transport.
The spokesperson for the ministry is reported by Peoples Gazette not to have obliged requests seeking comments.
