The Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) in Calabar Stephen Udeme Brown has allegedly been caught on tape Sexually molesting a woman under investigation.
Udeme had invited the lady to the police officers mess on Saturday 1st August 2020, where he allegedly attempted to have sexual intercourse with her.
Unknown to him, the lady recorded the conversation and all that played out as proof of the unreasonable demands and gross misconduct of the ACP.
The woman still being under investigation and suspecting that she may not be treated fairly having refused Brown's advances contacted her lawyers who made the recording available to members of the public.
