Viral Video Shows Stranded Woman At Iyana Era With Suspected Memory Loss.
Public concern is growing after a disoriented woman was found stranded at Iyana Era, along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway, in a case feared to be linked to severe stress-induced memory loss.
A video circulating on Wednesday showed the woman visibly confused and unable to identify herself, triggering widespread sympathy and calls for urgent intervention.
Reacting via Instagram, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan described the situation as “heartbreaking” and urged the Lagos State Government and relevant agencies to act swiftly to provide medical care and protection for the woman and her children.
“This requires urgent attention,” she wrote. “As she is being attended to, it is my sincere hope that her children are protected and kept close to her in a safe environment. I am available to support in any way I can.”
As of press time, the Lagos State Government had not issued an official statement. Meanwhile, social media users continue to push for immediate humanitarian assistance to safeguard the woman and her children.
