A Federal High Court in Ibadan has nullified the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention held on November 15, 2025, in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The court has barred members of the Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee (NWC) from acting as national officers of the PDP. Instead, the court recognized the Caretaker Committee led by Mohammed Abdulrahman and Senator Samuel Anyanwu as the legitimate leadership of the PDP, pending the conduct of a valid National Convention.
