Olulumo Ward EXCO Applaud Hon. Amina Over Support, Commitment,
....Chides 'Mercenaries' Hired To Divide Ward.
The Ward Exco of Olulumo, Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State has Passed a 'Vote Of Confidence', on its Hon. Mrs Amina Darasimi D Bryhm, National Woman Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Leader in Olulumo and further charged Party rally behind her for a transformation of the ward and LGA.
The executive of Olulumo Ward of the PDP in Ikom LGA of Cross River State moved the motion in a joint stakeholders meeting.
The Party Exco at the ward described those fighting Amina as 'shameless Political mercenaries', hired to destroy and divide the peace loving people of Olulumo ward.
A statement signed by the Ward Chairman Mr Innocent Ijoma Ejukwa, and made available to the press saw the declaration of Hon. Amina as the pillar of PDP in Olulumo ward, Ikom LGA, Cross River State and the Country at large.
Ejujwa further urged the public to disregard any form of fake news that may come as a suspension or otherwise against Hon. Mrs Amina whom he referred to as their daughter.
"Amina is a strong, committed member of our party who has is not only representing us well in the National Working Committee but has also contributed immensely and we at the ward and LGA where she comes from, will never have any reason to join the senister plot to suspend her for their personal interest. Rather we owe her a debt of salute and confidence for her courage in the battle to rescue PDP from political traitors who are in bed to sell our dear party the PDP to the APC under the guidance of their pay Master.
"Our daughter Amina, is above such dreams of political drama, and those planning to bring her down stand the risk of falling themselves. We have confidence in our leader.
"The 17 Ward Exco after their emergency meeting to review of all elections in the state and the need to rescue the party from impending collapse into irredeemable abyss and lack of central co-ordination after the exit of some leaders has resolved to appoint the highest office Holder in the Party as the leader of the party in the Ward.
"This is for Hon. Amina to lead the reorganisation, restructuring and reconciliation that will help to rebuild and reform the Party at all levels.
"The Exco also salutes the efforts of Amina in leading the charge to cleanse the PDP of political sellouts and traitors who are shameless political agents of APC working to ensure PDP destruction ahead of 2027 general election and pray for the success of Amina and the PDP Family", the statement further read.
A Vote of Confidence was passed on Hon. Amina at the end of the emergency meeting.
