Akwa Ibom the state you are by providence now the number one citizen is evidence in my opinion that yes we can. 

I recall the remarkable progress the state and its people have made through steady leadership that is focused on the overall well-being and transformative agenda of your predecessor from Obong Attah the father of planning to Sen Akpabio the uncommon transformer to my beloved Udom the one I like to call the comprehensive stabilize and unleasher of a great hope in the human story that says if you can think it you can build it. 

Now that you have the Baton. Please run with it, expand the dream, and make Akwa Ibom the glory of all lands. It is time to tell the entire world that come see Uyo, something phenomenal is happening here. 

I believe that the lord whom you serve will be with you on this journey.
