PDP New Generation Group Holds Strategic Excos Meeting In Benue State.

..... Mandates Newly Inaugurated Excos To Ensure Victory For The Party.

The Benue state chapter of the PDP New Generation on Saturday held a strategic State, LG, and Wards Excos meeting.

Present in Benue state for the meeting were ; The National Executives and Strategic committee of the PDP New Generation - DG, Audu Mahmood, National Secretary, Olawale Idris, Director, Media and Strategy - Dare Akinniyi.

Members of the National Strategic Committee present include ; Engr. Shima Ayu, Gideon Obande, Andrew Abu, James Abel, and Dotun Mabinuori. 

The Director General, Audu Mahmood, who administered the oath taking ceremony, while speaking urged the newly inaugurated executives to be committed and dedicated to their duties of ensuring victory for the party.

“PDP left Nigeria with a single digit inflation rate, with a stable currency rate of N199 to a dollar. But today, APC is headlining an inflation rate of above 15% with an unstable currency rate of above N700 to a dollar,” he said. 

Mahmood who lamented over the state of our economy and rise in rate of unemployment under the current APC administration, stressed that under the PDP the rate of unemployment was 7.3%, but under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), it is now is 33.3%.

He further charged them to take the gospel of hope to people of Benue state and sensitize them on why the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, should be the next president of Nigeria.
