President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday took to his official twitter account to lament over the recent attack of his advanced team and also the Kuje correctional facility by terrorists.
Buhari appears to have left more Nigerians confused after he questioned in a tweet “how terrorists can get away with organized attack.”
“Saddened by the attack on the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje. I am disappointed with the intelligence system. How can terrorists organize, have weapons, attack a security installation and get away with it? I am expecting a comprehensive report on this shocking incident,” he said.
While social media is going agog with what is described as hilarious responses and questions to Buhari’s tweet, some Nigerians have sought to point out that the tweet by President Muhammadu Buhari is suggestive that ‘all hope may be lost.’ According to them, President Muhammadu is the Chief Security Officer of the country and it is erroneous for a chief security officer of a nation to resort to questioning citizens on ‘how terrorists were able to organize attack on security installation and get away with it.’
The Wailing Form
Nigerians youths on the other hand have also taken to various social media platforms to also ask a now trending question “Who sold our wailing form to Buhari?” maintaining that President Buhari must return the ‘wailing form’ back to them, According to them, they own the ‘wailing form’ until 2023.
