DSS Confirms Killing Of 2 Of Igboho's Associates By Joint Operatives


DSS Declares Sunday Igboho Wanted, Says He Will Be Tracked Down. 

The Department of State Services, on Thursday night confirmed that the joint security operatives killed two allies of Sunday Adeyemo popularly called Sunday Igboho.

The secret police declared the activist wanted while parading no fewer than 12 suspects arrested during the joint operation.

MediaOrchid reports that according to Peter Afunanya the Spokesperson of the service, during a briefing, 'Sunday Igboho is currently on the run' he Afunanya however vowed that Sunday Igboho will definitely be tracked down.

The security operatives invaded the Soka, Ibadan residence of the activist in the early hours of Thursday killing at least two persons while others, including Igboho’s wife were abducted.

Igboho’s wife and six others were released in Ekiti, shortly after the activist announced that the Youruba rally scheduled to take place on Saturday in Lagos has been Suspended.
