Gang Of Unidentified Persons Break Into Lady Stella's Room In Portiskum, Stab Her To Death.
A lady Stella popularly known as Ritachi has been stabbed to death by unidentified persons in her room at a local joint at Dorawa located in Yindiski ward in Potiskum Local Government Area of Yobe state.
Yobe State Commissioner of Police Yahaya Abubakar Sahabo.
According to the police Spokesperson Abdulkarim who confirmed the incident, he said Stella was one of the sex workers in the said joint.
" The incident was believed to have occurred at about 6:40pm on Saturday and the splattered blood all over the room indicated that the assailants may have struggled with the victim."
Abdulkarim speaking further said, the 5 other tenants who are also sex workers have been arrested and are under investigation.
" They should have some information for us because the deceased must have shouted during the apparent struggle with the killers. "
The case had been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) for further investigation.
