Mr Ezekiel Mandyau, Management Committee Chairman, Barkin-Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau, is dead.
Mr. Dan Mandyau the brother of the deceased has confirmed the incidence.
Late Ezekiel died on Thursday 2 July 2020 at about 6:00 pm at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) where he was receiving treatment for Pneumonia and Thyhoid.
Dan Mandyau described the death of his brother as an irreplaceable loss not only to the family but also to the community where he comes from at large.
He explained that the late Chairman took ill on Monday 29 June 2020 and was taken to JUTH. The condition of the deceased however worsened until he gave up the ghost. His corpse has been deposited at JUTH Mortuary.
