The speaker of Benue State House of Assembly Hon. Titus Uba and his son have tested positive for coronavirus.
Uba made his status known to the public on Sunday through a press statement by his chief press secretary Lubiem Tiav.
Lubiem speaking said that tests were carried out on the samples of the Speaker and four other members however when the results came back only the results of Honorable Uba and his last son turned out positive for the virus.
Speaking further he revealed that all members of Benue State House of Assembly will be tested for the Coronavirus.
He also used the opportunity to call on all who may have had contact with the Speaker and his son to avail themselves for testing immediately to help curtail the spread of the virus.
