The Federal Government State Selection Committee (SSC) has appointed Chief Sylvester Okenze Obinna popular known as Okenze Ngor-okpala as the Imo state Chairman Special Public Works (SPW) program.
Chief Obinna who hails from Ngor-okpala Local Government Area of Imo state and the Chief Executive Officer at Luxury buildings and accessories Ltd. has been described by followers, friends and well wishers as a man of the people.

The committee was inaugurated on Monday 29th June 2020 accordingly by the Honourable Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Mr Festus Keyamo (SAN) through an virtual video conferencing platform.
